Yes, there is no fee to attend the Hitachi Social Innovation Forum 2026 JAPAN.

Only the keynote session will be available via real-time online streaming.

Hitachi Social Innovation Forum 2026 JAPAN will feature a keynote speech by Toshiaki Tokunaga, President and CEO of the Company, who will share Hitachi’s vision for the future. The forum will also offer a variety of programs, including sessions with specialists from diverse fields and exhibits showcasing HMAX™ and other initiatives of the Hitachi Group.

Please note that the event, exhibition, or any session may be canceled in whole or in part, and that session content or speakers may change. If an event must unavoidably be canceled, a notice will be posted on this site, etc.

Your proof of registration is required for access to the exhibit hall and session spaces. Be sure to print it from My Page and bring it with you. If you are unable to print it in advance, you may do so at the Proof of Registration Issuing Counter in the B1 Lobby Gallery. Please show the staff there your registration completion email and the Customer Registration ID shown on your My Page. Pass cases will be available at various locations around the venue, so please wear your printed proof of registration.

If the print preview or printing does not work correctly in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, please update your browser to the latest version and try printing again. If you are unable to update your browser or have difficulty printing in advance, please visit one of the Proof of Registration Issuing Counters in the B1 Lobby Gallery and they will be happy to print it for you. Simply provide the staff with your Customer Registration ID, which can be found in your registration completion email and on your My Page.

The doors are scheduled to open 30-60 minutes before a session begins, but this may change slightly depending on how the schedule is progressing.

Photography is allowed inside the venue. However, there may be some photography restrictions during presentations, sessions, etc.
